The Role

We are looking for a Trademark Specialist to be the in-house trademark authority embedded across our product, engineering, and commercial functions. You will be the connective tissue between real-world trademark practice and the agentic AI we are building.

This is a dynamic role. You will spend meaningful time inside the product / tech development cycle, and you will also be client- and partner-facing alongside our commercial team — meeting trademark agencies and IP law firms in Singapore to demonstrate, educate, and gather feedback on our AI product.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Tech Development Collaboration

• Embed trademark expertise into the product. Work side-by-side with engineers, AI/ML, and product managers to translate Singapore and international trademark law, IPOS practice, and day-to-day prosecution workflows into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
• Validate AI outputs. Review and quality-test AI outputs across trademark search, clearance opinions, Nice classification, goods/services drafting, office action responses, and portfolio analytics. Flag inaccuracies, hallucinations, and edge cases.
• Curate training and evaluation data. Help build, label, and maintain trademark-specific datasets, prompt libraries, and evaluation benchmarks the AI is tested against. Define what 'good' looks like from a practitioner's perspective.

2. Commercial & External Engagement

• Represent the company externally. Partner with the commercial team to meet, pitch, and educate trademark agencies, IP law firms, and corporate IP teams in Singapore on what our AI product does, where it fits in their workflow, and how to adopt it.
• Run product demos and pilots. Lead practitioner-grade demos, design and run pilot engagements with firms and agencies, and translate their feedback into product action.
• Build the Singapore IP network. Maintain and grow relationships across the Singapore IP ecosystem — IPOS, ASEAN IPA, professional associations, and individual agents and partners.

3. Subject Matter Expertise & Compliance

• Be the in-house trademark authority. Serve as the go-to internal expert on Singapore Trademarks Act and Rules, IPOS practice directions, Nice Classification, and Madrid Protocol filings.
• Track regulation and practice updates. Monitor developments in IPOS practice, ASEAN regional IP frameworks, WIPO updates, and emerging case law, and translate them into product and content updates.
• Manage professional and ethical risk. Help the company navigate questions around the unauthorized practice of law, professional responsibility, AI disclosure obligations, and data confidentiality in trademark work.

4. Thought Leadership, Content & Ecosystem

• Create credible content. Co-author whitepapers, blog posts, technical guides, and webinars on AI in trademark practice — calibrated for IPOS-registered agents and IP partners.
• Speak at industry events. Represent the company at INTA, IPOS-organized events, ASEAN IP forums, and legal-tech conferences.
• Engage with regulators. Where appropriate, support engagement with IPOS and other regulators on the responsible use of AI in trademark and IP practice.

5. Cross-functional & Internal Operations

• Documentation. Author and maintain user-facing documentation, FAQs, and in- product help content for trademark features.
• Quality benchmarking. Define and track accuracy, precision, and recall benchmarks for trademark-specific AI outputs in collaboration with the AI team.
• Internal trademark portfolio. Manage the company's own trademarks and brand IP across Singapore and key markets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Registered Trademark Agent with IPOS, or qualified and on track for registration.
• 3–6 years of hands-on trademark prosecution experience in Singapore (in-house, IP law firm, or trademark agency).
• Strong working knowledge of the Singapore Trademarks Act and Rules, IPOS e-filing, Nice Classification, and trademark search and clearance procedures.
• Experience with Madrid Protocol filings and prosecution; exposure to multi-jurisdictional trademark portfolios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex IP concepts for non-legal audiences (engineers, product, customers).
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment with shifting priorities.
• Genuinely client-facing: confident running meetings, demos, and training sessions with senior trademark agents and IP partners.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented,trustworthy and proactive Treasury Specialist to support the Group's treasury operations and cash management activities across multiple entities and bank accounts.

• Prepare and distribute phishing campaign reports to relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate and schedule cybersecurity awareness training
• Prepare and distribute monthly cybersecurity newsletters.

Vulnerability & Endpoint Management

• Monitor outstanding vulnerabilities across properties and systems.
• Support and guide IT teams on vulnerability remediation activities.
• Perform periodic reconciliation between endpoint management and endpoint protection platforms to ensure coverage and accuracy.

Security Platforms & Tool Support

• Support daily operations and investigations using security tools such as: Endpoint Detection & Response (e.g. CrowdStrike)Identity and access platforms (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID)Secure Web Gateway, DLP, and email security solutions
• Assist with configuration reviews, troubleshooting, and fine‑tuning of security policies.

Audit, Access Review & Assurance

• Support annual access reviews for security platforms to ensure least‑privilege and removal of dormant accounts.
• Assist with yearly vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities, including coordination and remediation tracking.
• Work with IT teams and auditors to prepare audit artifacts and supporting evidence.

Project & Issue Tracking

• Support cybersecurity projects
• Coordinate with IT managers from distributed properties and track deployment issues, vendor tickets, and remediation actions.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, decisions, and resolutions.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in cybersecurity operations or IT security roles.
• Practical experience with: Security alert monitoring and incident triage Phishing simulations and security awareness programs Vulnerability management and remediation tracking Endpoint and identity platforms
• Comfortable working with dashboards, logs, spreadsheets, and documentation.
• Ability to operate independently within defined processes and escalate issues appropriately.
• Experience with tools such as CrowdStrike, ManageEngine, Microsoft Entra ID and firewalls
• Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001, PDPA, or PCI DSS.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CEH, or equivalent.

The Product Specialist will be responsible to achieve Sales & GP target set for businesses through:

1. Sales Development

• Establish sound understanding of market (customers, competition, new technology, etc.) and key trends
• Analyze, set clear objectives and develop strategies to drive market penetration and growth
• Actively identify market opportunities, potential customers and establish new accounts to expand business
• Ability to take on and assist to launch new product lines

2. Sales Maintenance

• Monitor sales performance (target, competition, accounts, etc.)
• Maintain close relationship and establish good rapport with customers
• Service existing contracts, tenders, quotations and other documentations
• Participate in sales forecasting, budgeting, and market data collection
• Work closely with operations team in inventory management

3. Product support

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and manage product trials including stand in for cases.
• Provide “Product Usage Guidance” and conduct product training to existing and new customers
• Manage and support exhibitions, trade shows and promotion program
• Learn and acquire strong knowledge of product features and benefits against competitors’ products
• Ability to take on and promote a wide range of products to support training and education across the medical division portfolio

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business or Science or related disciplines
• Prior sales experience in the Healthcare industry and/or Nursing will be an added advantage
• Demonstrate effective communications skills with positive working attitude
• Highly resourceful and ability to work independently
• Driven, a team player and possess strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in verbal and written communication
