Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance activities, including IMTE and calibration for manufacturing equipment.
• Organise and manage both routine and ad-hoc preventive maintenance for buildings and utility facilities.
• Carry out hands-on maintenance tasks and basic electrical work when required.
• Coordinate feasibility assessments and planning for new equipment installations and facility upgrades.
• Work closely with contractors and service providers to supervise maintenance and repair activities.
• Prepare and review approval documentation, equipment training instruction, and installation applications to government agencies, and other internal documents
• Manage spare parts inventory, source quotations, negotiate pricing, and process purchase orders.
• Support the Technical Department in executing the company’s Environment, Health, and Safety initiatives.

• Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 10-15 years of related working experience (Chemical industry exposure is an added advantage).
• Possession of a LEW certification is an added benefit; basic knowledge of electrical systems and/or instrumentation is required.
• Familiar with risk assessment processes and FMEA methodologies.
• Experience using AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Environment, Health, and Safety practices, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

• Senior Sales Executive (Plastics)
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am – 5pm
• Basic Salary: $ 3.6K - $ 4.4K (No Commission) + Mobile Allowance (Reimbursement) + Transport Allowance
• Working Location: Nicoll Highway (May require international travel)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support in executing sales directions and achieving revenue targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with assigned clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead generations.
• Conduct technical discussions and product presentations with clients, including procurement and R & D teams.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, technical, finance) to ensure timely delivery, service and prompt payment collection.
• Monitor market trends, activities, and customer feedback to share with management.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Polytechnic diploma or bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the plastics, chemicals, or manufacturing industry.
• Understanding of polymer materials and their industrial applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of sustainable or specialty polymers.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
