Job Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Warmly welcome customers, assist them with their inquiries, and provide basic recommendations for running shoes and gear based on their needs.

• Daily Operations: Assist full-time staff with daily store operations, including handling cashiering duties smoothly and accurately using the EPOS system.

• Store Maintenance: Help with receiving and organizing stock, maintaining shelf displays, and keeping the store neat and presentable at all times.

• Event & Community Support: Assist during busy retail hours, special in-store events, or when hosting partner running communities .

Requirements

• Who Can Apply: We welcome applicants of ALL AGES! Whether you are a student looking for a flexible part-time job, a freelancer, or an older adult wanting to stay active in a retail environment, you are highly encouraged to apply.

• Availability: Able to commit to 2 to 3 days a week, which must include at least one weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or public holiday.

• Passion for Sports: A personal interest in running or a general active lifestyle is highly preferred! Knowledge of sports brands is a bonus but not mandatory.

• Experience: Prior retail experience is welcome, but absolutely not required. We will provide all the training you need.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Perform regular repairs and maintenance of yard and workshop tools and equipment

Job Requirements:

• Possess relevant technical certification with minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Possess Class 3 and forklift driving license will be an added advantage

Corporate Compliance & Filings

Incorporate new companies, register foreign branches, and handle striking-off procedures.

• Prepare directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, AGM/EGM documentation and maintain statutory registers.
• Ensure timely filing of annual returns and other statutory documents with ACRA.
• Oversee and supervise preparation of resolutions and statutory documents

Listed Company Support

• Draft and release announcements via SGXNET.
• Coordination of AGM/EGM, Board and Board Committee meetings

• Respond to requests from business units and auditors for information and documents

Requirements:

• Experience with listed companies required
• Demonstrated experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
• Deep familiarity with the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA regulations, SGX Listing rules and MAS filing requirements
• Strong minute-taking skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong drafting ability and attention to detail, especially for board papers, resolutions and disclosures
• Proficiency in managing statutory registers, annual filings, and complex corporate actions.
• Pursuing or holding ICSA/CSIS/CGI qualification preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive learner with strong client service orientation and the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced professional services environment.
