Role Summary

We are looking for a Corporate Secretarial Executive on a one year contract basis. This role has the potential for full time conversation subjected to business needs and job holder's performance.

Board and Committee Meeting Support:

• Co-ordinate and manage end-to-end meeting logistics including:
• Directors’ availability checks, room bookings, IT setups (Team/Zoom invites), attendance sheets and seating plans and uploading meeting materials to Share Point
• Disseminate meeting materials to other attendees and arrange printing of board papers for directors upon request

• Supporting workflow efficiencies through document automation, version control and approval tracking

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Corporate Secretarial Practice, Law, Business Administration, Accountancy or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial or governance support, preferably in a listed company environment
• Prior experience supporting Board and Committee meetings and handling AGM processes is preferred

Technical Knowledge

• Good understanding of Singapore Companies Act, ACRA filing requirements, and corporate governance practice

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assigned number of outgoing sales calls daily
• Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, sales/ enrolments and lead-conversion targets, in addition to any other targets that may be set by the management in relation to centre growth
• Answer all incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct and assist in sales activities and events to help the team with lead generation and conversions
• Assist Centre Team and Manager to ensure healthy centre growth at all times through providing excellent customer service and mitigate student turnover.
• Maintain or exceed assigned closure or conversion rate target for all trials to enrolments to ensure maximum output from leads
• Assist Centre Team and Manager to execute and manage teacher growth plans in order to achieve monthly teacher targets assigned by the management for your centre
• Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management
• General Administration

Hiring Criteria:

• At least 1 - 2 years' experience specializing in customer service field
• Must be available to work retail hours and on both weekends
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (Being bilingual/trilingual would be an advantage)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and able to adapt to any work situation
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Positive, extroverted, and outgoing personality with the passion for customer service

Job Responsibilities:

Relationship and Account Management

• Building Client Relationships: Developing trust with prospective and existing buyers to understand their long-term business needs.

• Providing Customer Service: Acting as the primary point of contact for client queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. This role includes participation in a 24/7 customer support on-call rotation as part of the team.

• Managing After-Sales Support: Conducting follow-up calls to ensure customers are happy with their purchase, which often leads to repeat business or referrals.

Generating Leads and Prospecting

• Identifying potential customers through research and customer visits.

• Presenting and Demonstrating Products: Tailoring pitches and live demonstrations to show how a product or service solves a specific prospect's problems.

• Negotiating and Closing Deals: Handling objections and negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements while protecting company margins.

• Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently striving to meet or exceed specific monthly, quarterly, or annual revenue quotas set by management.

Strategic and Administrative Tasks

• Conducting Market Research: Monitoring competitor pricing, products, and industry trends to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

• Maintaining CRM Systems: Accurately logging all client interactions, sales figures, and pipeline updates in software like Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Producing Sales Reports: Creating regular performance reports and forecasting future sales progress for senior management.

• Liaising with Internal Teams: Collaborating with technical and finance to align messaging and ensure order fulfillment.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in Marine or related industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Goal-oriented mindset with resilience and adaptability.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
