Role Overview. The Project Coordinator supports project delivery on building repair & maintenance work, waterproofing work & rope-based access and quantity surveying (QS) activities. The role covers on-site liaison for complaints and meetings, administration of SOR-based quotations and service reports, scheduling and permits, and coordination with stakeholders.
