About the Role

Experience, Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Basic understanding of data processing, ETL/ELT concepts, and APIs.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Principal Systems Analyst, Data Platform to support the stability, modernisation, and continuous improvement of enterprise data platforms. The role will oversee data platform operations, release management, performance monitoring, service improvement, and governance across data warehousing, ETL pipelines, analytics environments, and cloud-based platforms.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving platform modernisation, including cloud adoption, AI-driven automation, CI/CD implementation, and scalable analytics solutions. This role will also provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure data platforms remain secure, reliable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Operations & Service Management

• Oversee the stability, scalability, and reliability of enterprise data platforms.
• Ensure smooth integration of data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and analytics environments.
• Act as the subject matter expert for troubleshooting and resolving complex data platform issues.
