Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Coordination

• Assist in coordinating weddings, corporate functions, private events, and promotional activities.
• Liaise with clients regarding event requirements, timelines, and special requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.

Event Operations

• Support event setup, registration, guest management, and teardown activities.
• Ensure event venues are prepared according to client specifications.
• Provide on-site coordination during events and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor event timelines to ensure programmes run smoothly.

Customer Service

• Attend to enquiries from clients and guests professionally.
• Build positive relationships with customers and ensure high service standards.
• Assist in gathering event feedback and preparing post-event reports.

Administrative Support

• Maintain event records, contracts, invoices, and booking schedules.
• Assist with inventory tracking and procurement of event materials.
• Prepare event reports and support management with ad-hoc administrative duties.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Events Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in events management are welcome to apply..
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours when events require.

Job Description:

The Design Coordinator will manage and coordinate design activities for road and commuter infrastructure projects, ensuring designs are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, clients, and contractors, and requires familiarity with BIM software for efficient design management.

Job Scope:

• Coordinate design and construction activities from concept to completion for road and commuter infrastructure projects.
• Prepare, review, and maintain design documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Assist in design development, presentations, and technical submissions.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors for approvals, design clarifications, and project updates.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, project requirements, and regulatory approvals.
• Maintain organized project records, track design changes, and support administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in design coordination for construction projects, preferably road and commuter infrastructure.
• Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
• Conversant in BIM software such as Navisworks Manage, Solibri Office, VRCollab, Navigator, or similar.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
