Our client is from the Logistic industry, a local leading player. They are looking for a Project Coordinator for the next phase of their business. They are located in West - Walking distance from MRT.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support project activities to ensure timely execution of assigned initiatives.
• Gather, compile, and analyze data to support operational planning and decision-making.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project implementation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and provide support for continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum ITE qualification.
• Prior exposure to operations, logistics, supply chain, or related environments will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willing to travel between sites when required.

Responsibilities

·      Review design package and prepare/ approve shop drawing of RC structural works and temporary works (strut, waler, etc.)

·      Coordination of structural design works with design-relevant counter parties (i.e. civil consultant, accredited checker, and Arch/SWC consultant) and construction team, as well as authorities if necessary

·      Design of temporary works (e.g. scaffolding, false work, form work etc.) related to structural design

·      Lead/ Assist project department in solving design related matters

·      Manage and resolve production, quality, design, engineering and scheduling issue

·      Other duties as required

Requirements

·      Min. 5 yrs engineering experience in civil &structural works

·       Experience in infrastructure projects is mandatory (Land Transport Project preferrable)

·      Site experience in underground roadway project is preferred

·      Design management with consultancy on structural engineering is highly advantageous

·      Proficient knowledge of structural design, analysis software such as STADD and AutoCAD (or Microstation)

·      Good knowledge of authorities’ requirement
