• Ensure all fundraising activities comply with Charities Act, Commissioner of Charities, and NCSS guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams (Programmes, Finance, Volunteer Management, Communications) to align funding with impact
• Enhance internal fundraising capabilities through structured processes, tools, and frameworks
• Support digital fundraising initiatives, campaigns, and social media engagement
• Contribute to marketing and branding efforts to increase visibility and outreach

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in fundraising, partnerships or business development.
• Proven track record in donor acquisition and partnership management.
• Experienced & knowledge of charity governance and compliance in Singapore.
