Key Responsibilities

High Performance Program Management

•   Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of all training and competition activities.

•   Serve as Team Manager at major multi-sport games, regional championships, and overseas training camps.

•   Develop and monitor high performance KPIs in alignment with EFS's strategic plan and Sport Singapore's high-performance framework.

•   Manage all matters pertaining to administrative submissions to the organisation.

Stakeholder& Partnership Management

•   Build and maintain strong working relationships with Sport Singapore, SNOC, SNPC, and other key national bodies.

•   Forge partnerships with equine riding establishments, coaches and external stakeholders to strengthen the HP pipeline.

Administration& Governance

•   Maintain comprehensive, accurate records of national teams, competitions, programs and events.

What We're Looking For

Essential

•   Degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Business Administration or a related discipline.

•   Minimum3–5 years of experience in sports administration, with demonstrable involvement in high performance or national team programes.

•   Strong knowledge of Singapore's sports ecosystem — including familiarity with Sport Singapore, SNOC and national sporting frameworks.
