Job Description

·        Provide administrative support for LA workshops andJoint Polytechnic programmes, including coordinating training schedules between adjuncts and LA staff developers.

·        Provide logistical support for meetings with external and internal stakeholders,learning journeys, including catering arrangements, room bookings, set up and signage preparation.

·        Maintain an accurate record of programmes and support data collation, reporting, and basic analysis using spreadsheets and digital tools.

·        Handle small-value purchases for office operations and staff training activities, including stationery, pantry supplies, and refreshments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and update official social media platforms and websites
• Copywriting for social media, website, articles

Job Description:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, including preparation of financial statements and management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and departmental performance analysis).
