We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Driver & AV Crew to support event deployments, equipment logistics, and warehouse operations.
This role combines driving, warehouse operations, equipment logistics, and event setup and teardown. It is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want exposure to event AV operations.
No prior AV experience is required. Successful candidates will receive hands-on training and support.
This is a physically active, fast-paced role combining driving, equipment handling, and event setup and teardown. It is best suited for individuals who are responsible, punctual, and comfortable with hands-on operational work.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Delivery
Transport AV equipment safely and punctually to event venues and client sites.
Load and unload equipment carefully to prevent damage.
Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival on-site.
Ensure all equipment is checked before departure and upon return.
Maintain cleanliness and basic care of company vehicles.
AV Setup & On-Site Support
Assist with setup, testing, and teardown of AV equipment.
Set up equipment such as TVs, projectors, speakers, microphones, and lighting.
Run cables neatly and safely during setups.
Support basic troubleshooting of audio, display, or connection issues.
Work closely with technical leads and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient event execution.
Warehouse & Operations
Assist with equipment preparation before jobs.
Check returned items for completeness, damage, or faults.
Help clean, pack, test, and organise equipment after projects.
Report missing or faulty items promptly.
Requirements
Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
Minimum 2 years of Class 3 driving experience with a proven track record of safe and responsible driving.
Candidates with a clean driving record will be strongly preferred.
Confident driving vans for equipment delivery.
Physically fit and able to carry and move equipment.
Able to work under time pressure and meet operational timelines.
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and varying schedules.
Responsible, punctual, and dependable.
Comfortable with hands-on technical and operational work.
Able to follow operational procedures and work carefully during equipment deployments.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse, or event-related roles.
Basic familiarity with AV equipment, such as projectors, speakers, and microphones.
Prior experience supporting event setups or equipment handling is advantageous.

Maintain punctuality for reporting, loading, and on-site timings.
Handle equipment carefully and follow safe lifting practices.
Drive responsibly and comply with traffic regulations.
Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and venue staff.
Maintain professional conduct and communication when working at client venues and event sites.
Working Environment
5.5-day work week.
Fast-paced event operations environment.
Regular physical activity and lifting required.
Event operations may involve early mornings, late nights, tight timelines, and fast-paced deployment environments.
Additional Information
Position based in Singapore.
Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
Company vehicles are not take-home.
Training will be provided for candidates with strong work ethic.
