• Demonstrates systems thinking, teamwork, leadership, planning and successfully implemented projects in a dynamic and agile environment.
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools, such as: Figma, and/or Adobe Creative Suite

• Direct experience in both traditional and modern approaches to recruitment, diverse research methods, and reporting.
• Knowledge of user research principles, methodologies, and deliverables
• Strong ability to identify key research objectives in partnership with product, design, brand, and engineering teams to address research needs for various brands and projects throughout the product life cycle.
• Strong knowledge of various research methods and the experience to select the right research to do at the right time and synthesise insights into coherent, digestible deliverables that visually reflect those results, including service design blueprints, journey maps, and process flows.

About the Role

Our client, a well-established interior design and renovation firm, is looking to engage an experienced Sales Interior Designer (Freelance) to manage client projects and drive sales outcomes.

This role is suited for individuals who are confident in handling end-to-end design and client management independently.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and convert leads into projects

• Perform space planning, concept development, and design conceptualisation

• Provide consultation on renovation works and costing based on client requirements

• Prepare quotations and design presentations (mood boards, materials)

• Manage client relationships from initial consultation through to project completion

• Coordinate and supervise projects, including contractors and vendors

• Ensure quality delivery while managing multiple projects concurrently

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior design and/or sales

• Strong design conceptualisation and client-facing capabilities

• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Additional Skills (Advantage)

• Proficiency in 3DMax, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop

• Ability to read floor plans and technical drawings
