You will be the key technical expert and primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for understanding their automation challenges and proposing optimal control system solutions from our portfolio. Your role is critical in bridging the gap between our advanced products and our customers' application needs, ensuring we deliver exceptional value and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales:

· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Singapore.

· Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.

· Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.

· Negotiate contracts and close sales, managing the entire sales cycle from lead to order.

· Conduct market research to identify trends and new potential applications for our products.

· Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and process challenges.

· Recommend and design appropriate control system architectures (e.g., PLC-based systems, HMI integration, network topologies).

· Provide pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and feasibility studies.

· Liaise with our technical team and principal suppliers to develop the best technical solutions for complex projects.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and project managers at existing and new client accounts.

· Provide regular updates and after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Act as the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

· Collaborate with the internal sales, marketing, and engineering teams to align strategies and share market insights.

· Provide feedback from the field to management on product performance, competitor activities, and market demands.

Qualifications & Experience

· Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.

· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Application Engineer, or similar technical sales role, preferably within the industrial automation, control systems, or components distribution industry.

· Candidates with a strong technical background in control systems (e.g., as an Automation/Control Engineer) looking to move into a sales role are strongly encouraged to apply.

Technical Competencies & Skills

· Essential Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of control system components such as PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley), HMIs, SCADA, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and motion control.

· Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to manage the full sales cycle.

· Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex customer application issues.

· Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Interpersonal Skills: A strong team player with high emotional intelligence, capable of building rapport and trust with customers and colleagues.

· Self-Motivation: Highly driven and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, a key trait for success in an SME environment.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with a CRM is a plus.

Job Description:

• Perfrom X-Ray / FPI Inspection on aircraft engine components.
• Interpret work instructions and to make decisions on acceptance / rejection of parts.
• Work on written instructions , operations sheets, SOP , engineering drawings and quality proceedures using X-Ray / FPI NDT Methods on aircraft enfine components to locate discontinuities.
• Set up and calibrate non-destructive testing equiptments and perform daily system check.
• Use NDT inspection methods to ensure maximum quality of products, defects and review test orders to determine type of test required, test procedures and part acceptability criterial.
• Participate in CIP projects, audit preparations and process reports for corrective actions.
• Comply with all company safety rules and regulations.

Job Requirement:

• Min "O" Levels or equal
• Willing to be based in Singapore
• Strong hands on RT experience is a must
• Experience level requirments: NAS 410/ EN 4179 or relevant Certification in X-Ray (RT/ FPI/ MT/ PT)
