Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, software engineering, information systems, or related quantitative field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least ten years of work experience in data management disciplines, including data integration, modelling, optimisation, and data quality, or other areas directly relevant to data engineering responsibilities and tasks.

The Job

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (AI & Automation Focus) with strong experience in building AI workflows as well as good knowledge of .NET to build scalable backend systems while driving AI-powered automation and internal tooling initiatives.

In this role, you will contribute to core backend development while identifying manual processes across the business and transforming them into efficient solutions using AI tools, automation frameworks, and modern backend engineering practices. • Raise the overall test quality and maturity of the system by driving and managing end-to-end software product testing.
