Role Objective

As the QS Manager (M&E), you will lead the commercial and contractual management for our Mechanical, Electrical, and Process Utility projects. • Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of Quantity Surveyors.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in QS, specifically within the M&E sector in Singapore. Prior experience in EPC/EPCM environments for data centers or cleanrooms is highly advantageous.
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in BIM (Glodon/Cubicost) for automated quantities take-off.
