As a DRAM and Emerging Memory Quality and Reliability Assurance (DEMQRA) High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Returned Material Authorization (RMA) Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing and tracking the formal Failure Analysis (FA) of customer-returned product. You will summarize analysis at the electrical and physical level, identify root cause, and establish associated containment plan. • Work in a multi-disciplinary environment with specialists in data science, mechanical engineering, material science, mechanics, additive manufacturing and other fields
• Collaborate with multiple business units to define deliverable, requirements, and functionalities.
• Create awareness across TE of the AI modelling capabilities of the Singapore center
• Work with local and global TE sites, and external customers and partners, to address urgent or strategic needs
• Partner with Singapore research institutes to develop advanced AI techniques, and assist with validation and knowledge transfer of outsourced projects

Qualifications:

Required:

• Master degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related) with 3-4 years (or Bachelor degree with 4-6 years) plus relevant working/research experience
• Keen interest in R&D involving coding and data
• Deep understanding of data science and artificial intelligence (having a second degree on data science is a plus)
• Broad understanding of multiphysics simulation (such as finite element analysis) along with experience in CAD (such as generative design)
• Strong programming skill in Python or similar languages
• Broad knowledge of manufacturing processes, material and product design
• Experience in effective project management strategies and tactics

Preferred:

• Familiarity with TE products (connectors, cables, sensors etc.) and manufacturing process, (molding, extrusion, plating, stamping, assembly)
• Familiarity with project management tools

As an OT / ICS Cybersecurity Professional at ST Engineering Info-Security, you will play a critical role in safeguarding operational technology and industrial control systems for our diverse clientele. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, and implementing comprehensive cyber security solutions tailored to operational technology landscapes. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and deploy protective measures that ensure the resilience and integrity of critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and integration of cybersecurity solutions specifically targeting operational technology systems, including SCADA, DCS, and PLC environments.
• Design and implement remediation plans and security architecture enhancements to address identified risks.
• Collaborate closely with projectteams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure security requirements are embeddedthroughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay abreast of emerging cyberthreats, industry trends, and regulatory requirements related to OTenvironments and incorporate this knowledge into solution design.
• Participate in incident response and forensic investigations as needed, providing expert analysis and recommendations.
• Contribute to the development of internal best practices, standards, and documentation to elevate the division's capabilities.
• Cultivate engineering excellence via coaching and development. 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Equip with knowledge of control system architectures such as SCADA, DCS, and PLC, and their associated security challenges
• Equip with knowledge of cyber security frameworks, standards, and technologies relevant to IT/OT environments.
• Familiarity with endpoint security, network security, intrusion detection and access control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Minimum 6 years experience in OT/IT cybersecurity roles.
• Proven record in managing teams for OT/IT cybersecurity deployment projects.
