Main Role & Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operational Support

• Assist in daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure goods are properly stored, labelled and arranged according to FIFO practice.
• Support the loading and unloading of deliveries when required.
• Tally on final packed cargoes for accuracy prior to release.

2. Inventory Coordination

• Monitor stock levels and update inventory records in system
• Assist in stock taking and investigate stock discrepancies.

3. Logistics & Delivery Coordination

• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and related documents.
• Liaise with drivers on delivery schedules and urgent orders.
• Track delivery status and follow up on any delays or shortages.

4. Workplace Safety & Compliance

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safe working environment.
• Adhere to company SOP and safety requirements.
• Report any operational or safety issues to the management.

5. Ad-hoc Operational Duties

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
