• Conduct daily toolbox meetings to reinforce safety practices and coordinate maintenance activities
• Participate in emergency response drills and undertake assigned roles as part of incident preparedness

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, including supervisory responsibilities
• Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or similar industrial environments will be advantageous
• Strong technical knowledge of: Low and medium voltage systems, Power distribution, Motors and electrical equipment, PLC systems (experience with DCS is an advantage), CCTV and security systems, Earthing and lightning protection systems
• Familiarity with industry standards such as IEC, IEEE, NEC, and Singapore Standards (SS)
• Physically fit and able to participate in emergency response duties
