The Engineer will support the Engineering Department in planning, designing, implementing and managing; integrated, production and service delivery systems that assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control within the production site.

Main focus: conducts studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow and recommends methods for maximum utilization of production equipment and personnel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Delivery Management - Manage the delivery of cloud services across AWS or Azure environments, ensuring alignment with SLAs and customer expectations. Oversee the daily operations of cloud environments, including incident management, change control, and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP environments, including monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or equivalent must haves.

• To attend to all patients’ enquiries, either through call-in or walk-in, promptly and courteously.

• Serve as the first and primary point of contact for elderly users via phone, email, ticketing systems, and other designated support channels.
