Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance procedures on CNC machines to identify potential issues and prevent machine breakdowns.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and technical problems in machines and equipment.

• Repair or replace defective parts, components, systems in order to restore machines to their proper functioning.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating, greasing, and cleaning the machines.

• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts used.

• Collaborate with other team members and provide assistance and guidance as required.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while performing maintenance activities.
  

Requirements:

• NITEC or equivalent qualification.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, and automation.

• Proficient in troubleshooting, problem-solving and repairing various machines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Facilities Engineer to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations and full compliance with regulatory requirements from relevant authorities (e.g., SCDF, BCA, NEA, MOM, FSB, URA, EMA, PUB, JTC, etc.).
• Implement and support preventive maintenance programs for building systems to ensure regular inspections and testing are performed in accordance with statutory standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure all maintenance and repair works are completed in accordance with contractual obligations and specifications.
• Conduct daily operations and routine inspections of all building facilities; monitor and record utility meter readings to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including basic repair works related to electrical systems, air-conditioning, plumbing, sanitary, and building infrastructure.
• Supervise and manage outsourced security services, ensuring all security protocols and procedures are consistently followed.
• Act as the secondary Site Incident Controller (SIC) and actively participate as a member of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT).
• Assist the Fire Safety Manager (FSM) in regular fire safety inspections and assume FSM responsibilities during their absence.
• Undertake any other tasks or duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Education & Certification:

• Minimum NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services, Facility Management, or a related discipline)

Experience:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in building and facility maintenance
• Solid technical understanding of building systems, including mechanical and electrical components
