About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Airfreight Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end air shipment processes covering either import OR export operations. The Manager/Senior Manager in the Corporate Planning Office within SkillsFuture Singapore’s Strategic Planning Division is an individual contributor role focused on strategizing and planning corporate strategies that align with the whole-of-agency direction. This position involves conceptualizing, tracking, and reporting corporate KPIs to ensure long-term targets remain on track, driving collaboration with Workforce Singapore (WSG), and overseeing the SSG Board portfolio.
