About the Role

We are looking for a mature and reliable Operations Executive to join Elements Wellness. This role covers stock management, supplier ordering, outlet coordination, and general admin. You will work closely with outlet managers and the management team. We need someone who is organised, takes ownership, and responsible.

What You Will Do:

Stock & Inventory

• Collect and process monthly stock requisitions from each outlet
• Arrange delivery of stocks and inventory to the correct outlet in a timely manner
• Place orders when stock is running low; make sure the right items go to the right outlet
• Receive and check incoming stock; update records when stock comes in or goes out

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office and management team, including filing, documentation, record-keeping, and correspondence management.
• Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor services to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and preparing reports, memos, and other administrative documents as required.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payment vouchers, and related documents, and support basic accounts administration for audit and finance purposes.
• Assist in organizing company events, staff activities, and welfare initiatives.

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and components.
• Ensure high inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and annual physical audits.
• Oversee the picking process to confirm all required parts are collected and prepared for production activities.

Logistics & Distribution

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal teams and freight forwarders.
• Verify all incoming goods against Purchase Orders and technical specifications.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including packing lists and export paperwork where required.

Operational Excellence

• Improve warehouse layout to enhance picking efficiency and material flow.

• Prepare quarterly GST reports, collation of interested/related parties’ transactions, sponsorship and donation reports
