Position Title: Care Studio and Rehab Manager

Location: Bright Hill

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 8:30AM – 6:00PM

Salary: $7,000 – $9,000

Job Description

* Support the development and implementation of operational and strategic initiatives for the Care Studio and Rehabilitation Department.

* Assist in the development and enhancement of Care Studio programmes and services.

* Monitor departmental KPIs and manage budget and resource utilization.

* Oversee manpower planning and operations of the Care Studio and Rehabilitation teams.

* Develop policies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and MOH licensing standards.

* Support recruitment, staff development, and retention initiatives.

* Manage the daily operations of the Care Studio and Rehabilitation Department.

* Develop and promote centre-based and home-based rehabilitation and day care programmes.

* Oversee the delivery of community and home care services.

* Manage healthcare needs assessments and the implementation of care plans for clients.

* Coordinate and monitor clinical and service quality indicators for continuous improvement.

* Manage enquiries, feedback, complaints, and incidents relating to centre operations.

* Identify and establish partnerships to support business development and client acquisition.

* Maintain relationships with existing and prospective partners and organizations.

* Ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) relating to clients and staff.

Requirements

* Degree or Master's qualification in Allied Health or related disciplines preferred.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a community care setting.

* Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

* Possess a valid BCLS + AED certification.

* Knowledge of the Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) landscape will be an advantage.

* Experience in quality and risk management.

* Experience in coaching, counselling, and manpower planning.

* Experience in start-up operations for care centres, nursing homes, or elderly home care services will be an advantage.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

* Experience with Infocare systems will be an advantage.

Position Title: Registered Nurse (Staff Nurse)

Location: Bright Hill

Working Days: 4 Days Work Week

Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00AM – 7:00PM / 7:00PM – 7:00AM)

Salary: $3,000 and above (depending on experience)

Job Description

* Perform biopsychosocial and environmental assessments of residents.

* Develop and implement person-centred nursing care plans based on residents' needs and preferences.

* Administer medications in accordance with organizational guidelines and protocols.

* Perform nursing interventions and monitor residents' health conditions.

* Escalate changes or abnormalities in residents' health conditions when necessary.

* Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.

* Ensure a safe and conducive environment for residents.

* Facilitate Advance Care Planning discussions.

* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on health management and self-care.

* Conduct health promotion and disease prevention activities.

* Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and external healthcare providers.

* Support care referrals and transitions between different care settings.

* Participate in quality audits and quality improvement initiatives.

* Identify and report risks and safety concerns in accordance with organizational policies.

* Practice infection prevention and control measures.

* Execute emergency protocols during public health threats or emergencies.

* Ensure compliance with confidentiality and personal data protection requirements.

* Participate in continuing professional development and training programmes.

Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Nursing.

* Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

* Possess a valid SNB Practising Certificate.

* Possess a valid BCLS + AED certification.

* Minimum 1–3 years of relevant Registered Nurse experience in a nursing home or acute hospital setting in Singapore.

* Advanced Diploma or Postgraduate qualifications in healthcare-related fields will be an advantage.

* Possess basic IT skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management within the construction industry. 
• Proven track record in leading contract teams and managing tenders for large-scale projects.
