Overview: 

We are a public-listed company that specialises in the manufacturing of steel prefabricated reinforcement for the construction industry. We are seeking suitably qualified personnel to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor progress of bar bending activities on the production shopfloor.
• Read and interpret drawings, bar bending schedules and shop drawings.
• Ensure timely completion of rebar cutting and bending works in accordance with approved drawings.
• Resolve all site issues related to production, quality and safety matters.
• Practice advance planning and manage critical activities involving materials, manpower and equipment.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure quality compliance and that all works are executed according to approved drawings.
• Ensure that production activities comply with safety and quality standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any engineering field or GCE O level with manufacturing experience
• Preferably with relevant experience in full-time production supervision
• Knowledge of safety management is preferred
• WSH Certification for supervisory or lifting supervision will be an added advantage

Job Description & Requirements

• Planning and schedule for construction schedule using with Microsoft project.
• Design and supervise M&E work on site before start of construction.
• Preparing for M&E Coordination and M&E Drawing Submission.
• Implementation, Planning and Monitoring of Construction work Progress.
• Coordination/Supervision of M&E Service .Review CSD drawings.
• Reviewing and Approve for Method of Statement of all M&E works
• Preparing Risk Assessment for varies M&E works
• Preparing BOQ ans tender document submission for Hong Kong and Singapore projects
• Evaluating subcon quotation on M&E items and select suitable subcon for the job
• Preparing as built drawing and O&M manual for M&E services
• Evaluating subcon submission VO for final payment.
• Other job assign by the project manager.
• Able to communicate to all level and attend site meeting on a daily basis.
• Any other work as and when assigned by the Project Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

To lead, supervise, and coordinate site works.

Work closely with Project Manager to ensure contracted works meet all requirements and targeted dates.

Resolve worksite issue quickly and effectively in order to keep work progress on track.

Ensure all works, workers and contractors adhere to all safety regulations.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in construction or roofing industry.

Possess Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BSCC) certificate.

Certificate in Lifting Supervisor.

Able to communicate in English and liaise with customers and main contractors.
