As a DRAM and Emerging Memory Quality and Reliability Assurance (DEMQRA) High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Returned Material Authorization (RMA) Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing and tracking the formal Failure Analysis (FA) of customer-returned product. You will summarize analysis at the electrical and physical level, identify root cause, and establish associated containment plan. You will need to distinguish whether it is package or device related failures. Preferably, you are equipped with knowledge of DRAM functionality, process, test program and device necessary for making solid judgment. You will also use a variety of test tools including the uMate tester, Merlin, Mongoose SM3, Prober, CAD layout tool, and a variety of technical drawings and schematics to perform detailed characterization on HBM products. You will record and categorize failures in order to determine failure mechanisms and characteristics. In this role, you will communicate with various engineering groups, assist lab users with equipment setup and interpretation of data, and maintain critical EFA knowledge database. • Excellent understanding and hands-on experience with building management systems (BMS) / building information modelling (BIM) and controls and their integration with data centre infrastructure
• Extensive experience with large-scale chilled water plants including chillers, chilled water distribution, chilled water-cooling plants and storage systems, cooling towers
• Troubleshooting and repairing of ACMV and its control equipment
• Diagnose and resolves complex technical issues related to Daikin air conditioning systems

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Degree/ Diploma in Engineering from recognised local University.              (preferably BCA Academy (Singapore))
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in the same sector.
• Willing to be posted to oversee projects in countries like India etc
• Proficiency in MS office tools, Microsoft project, Presentation, AutoCAD and/or BIM.

Low-Voltage Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Electrical Engineer. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge electrical power systems, battery energy storage solutions, vessel automation, and propulsion integration projects from concept through to commissioning and vessel delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

• Lead and manage marine electrical and hybrid vessel projects from project kick-off to final delivery.

• Develop, monitor, and coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource planning.

• Work closely with shipyards, shipowners, equipment manufacturers, system integrators, and classification societies.

• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual, technical, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

• Monitor project budgets, variation orders, and cost performance.

Engineering & Technical Support

• Review and coordinate engineering deliverables including:

  • SingleLine Diagrams (SLD)

  • Load flow and short-circuit calculations

  • Protection coordination studies

  • General arrangement drawings and system layouts

  • I/O lists and interface documentation

• Oversee the integration of:

  • DC and AC switchboards

  • Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

  • Power Management Systems (PMS)

Supplier & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the key technical liaison between project stakeholders, suppliers, shipyards, and classification societies.

• Review vendor documentation and coordinate approvals and submissions.

• Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Harbour Acceptance Tests (HAT), commissioning activities, and troubleshooting.

• Coordinate installation and integration activities to ensure successful project execution.

Commercial & Project Support

• Support tender preparation, technical proposals, and quotation activities.

• Review technical specifications and identify project cost implications.

• Assist with technical clarifications, variation orders, and contract administration.

Site Supervision & Commissioning

Requirements
