• Provide administrative and logistical support to senior engineers and project managers.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work on-site and travel when required.
• Knowledge of local regulatory standards and procedures is a plus.

Job Scope:

General Administration: Manage daily office operations, organize files, schedule appointments,updating of payments, management of systems including Bizfile, MoM, IRAS, CPF.

Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Documentation: Prepare and manage official documents, reports, and correspondence.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including taking minutes.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure operational efficiency Perform necessary administrative work including filing reports, AML rules etc

Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Responsibilities:

• In charge of performing cleaning duties both inside and outside the aircraft during maintenance.
• In charge of assisting in moving and positioning aircraft ground support equipment.
• In charge of conducting minor paint touch-ups, including screws and fasteners, using brushes.
• Responsible in following all safety regulations and maintenance protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Responsible in maintaining a clean and organized hangar environment.
• Support the maintenance team when required

Requirements

• Min Nitec in Aerospace Engineering or related
• Min 2 year of working experience in Aerospace Base Maintenance
• Scissor and Boom Lift certification will be advantage
