Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Project Managers and operations teams as needed.
• Participate in project design meetings, propose improvements when necessary, and share relevant documentation with project teams.
• Monitor project budgets and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
• Supervise ongoing projects, ensuring coordination among all team members to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
• Manage project-related correspondence, including proposals, meeting minutes, and emails.
• Act as the point of contact for various working groups.
• Ensure all project documentation is current, properly filed, and stored for easy reference.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant local experience in oil & gas projects.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to manage and support projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate with stakeholders, ensure compliance with approvals, and assist in achieving project objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of project scope, timelines, financials, and objectives; plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information.
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Regularly schedule and attend meetings with stakeholders, clients, employees, and the Project Manager.
• Obtain necessary approvals for site teams, including NCE, LTA, NParks, GTP, MPA, LPB, and coordinate with TPOM Officers for supervision.
• Maintain records and renew expired approvals or permits required for projects (e.g., C&G NCE, Telecom, GTP, LPB LOAs).
• Coordinate with SP Officers regarding schedules of works (e.g., ROA schedules, reinstatement) for Distribution Projects.
• Liaise with LTA and NParks officers to address queries and secure timely approvals.
• Provide support to Project Managers and operations teams as needed.
• Participate in project design meetings, propose improvements when necessary, and share relevant documentation with project teams.
• Monitor project budgets and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
• Supervise ongoing projects, ensuring coordination among all team members to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
• Manage project-related correspondence, including proposals, meeting minutes, and emails.
• Act as the point of contact for various working groups.
• Ensure all project documentation is current, properly filed, and stored for easy reference.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisors or the Head of Department (HOD).

• Degree in Civil Engineering, recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant local experience in oil & gas projects.
• Experience with underground utilities or similar site works is advantageous.
• Strong skills in project coordination and site supervision with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and consultants.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.
• Knowledge of local regulatory approvals and compliance processes is an advantage.
• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 license.

Job Summary

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of client-facing financial software implementations, ensuring full accountability in project planning, execution, governance, and client management within financial services domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementation of financial software projects to deliver client solutions on time and within scope
• Manage project planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery outcomes
• Own client relationships by proactively managing expectations and resolving issues throughout project phases
• Apply Agile methodologies to enhance project adaptability and team collaboration
• Drive project delivery with full accountability as the lead Project Manager, not in a support role

Our client is an established MNC (based in town). The co allows for a WFH arrangement of 1 day per week (after the candidate passes the probation period).

Summary: The Assistant Treasury Manager supports the Head of Group Treasury in day-to-day treasury operations, cash and liquidity management, banking administration and related reporting, while driving process improvements and automation.

Key Competencies: Cash & liquidity management; cash flow reporting and forecasting; bank account administration & KYC; bank reconciliation; SAP process improvement and automation; Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba).

Role and Responsibilities:

• Support Treasury Management System (Kyriba) implementation and enhancements, as required.
• Partner with SAP IT to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and stronger controls.
• Manage daily treasury operations, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities.
• Prepare weekly cash flow and investment reporting to support liquidity planning and decision-making.
• Oversee bank account administration, including account maintenance and KYC documentation.
• Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations and prepare reconciliation reports.
• Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and ad-hoc treasury analysis, as needed.
• Undertake other duties and projects assigned by the Head of Group Treasury.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• 4 - 8 years of relevant accounting and/or treasury experience including cash management (cash flow forecasting)
• Experience with a Treasury Management System e.g. Kyriba is a must
• Exposure to FX and working capital is useful but not a must
• Shipping industry exposure will be advantageous (but not a must)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated team player with a positive learning mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and online banking platforms.
• Willing to be hands-on. Ok to put in some occasional longer hours at times during this period as the co is undergoing a Kyriba report implementation project (due to complete in year-end)
