You will be responsible for navigating the complexities of duty-paid and bonded cargo movements while maintaining and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Customs & Compliance: Prepare and submit customs declarations for the import, export, and transshipment of controlled goods (Liquor and Tobacco)
• Inventory Management: Oversee store operations at our Pandan Loop facility, ensuring accurate stock-taking and adherence to excise regulations
• Sales & Business Development: Actively engage with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities to drive revenue
• Documentation: Manage all shipping documents, including Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin
• Regulatory Liaison: Liaise with Singapore Customs and other authorities to ensure 100% compliance with local laws

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in Customs Declaration and Sales. Experience specifically with excise goods (Liquor/Tobacco) is a significant advantage

Role Summary

Hands-on technical Sales Engineer supporting integration of advanced wireless communication systems into unmanned aerial, ground, and maritime platforms. You will work directly with OEMs from evaluation to field deployment, ensuring reliable RF and networking performance in real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 10–15 concurrent customer integrations from evaluation to deployment
• Drive technical milestones with high success rate in design-in and adoption
• Support field testing of UAV/UGV/USV platforms and resolve real-time issues
• Troubleshoot RF, antenna performance, link budgets, EMI/EMC, and network issues
• Diagnose and resolve TCP/IP and mesh networking challenges in deployed systems
• Ensure accurate CRM updates for tracking, forecasting, and stakeholder visibility
• Conduct onsite workshops, demos, and field validation events with customers
• Translate field learnings into improved integration practices and solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineering / Field Applications / Solutions Engineering)
• Strong understanding of RF propagation, antennas, interference, and wireless systems
• Experience integrating radios or communication systems into UAV/autonomy platforms
• Hands-on troubleshooting of RF and network systems in field conditions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in on-site environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with mesh networking and MANET systems
• TCP/IP networking configuration and debugging skills
• Exposure to defense, aerospace, or government-related programs
• Experience with robotics or autonomous systems (drones, AMRs, maritime platforms)
