• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as directed by the Supervisor.
• Source and requisition necessary spare parts and materials for repair and maintenance works.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in facilities or building maintenance within a commercial building 
• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Air Conditioning or equivalent
• Good understanding of building maintenance operations and M&E systems.
• Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing and sanitary works, building maintenance, and/or ACMV systems.
• Ability to support and handle basic audio-visual systems.
• Pleasant disposition with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and support night-shift maintenance works when required

The IT Senior Manager will support the head of IT on the Information Technology's Hybrid (Cloud and On-Premise) Infrastructure & Enterprise Architecture function. This role is accountable for delivering a secure, scalable, data-driven, and AI-enabled technology ecosystem supporting business growth, digital transformation, and enterprise modernization.

Responsibilities:

IT Strategy

• Manage the IT strategy, aligned with business growth and digital innovation objectives
• Execute the IT operating model, organizational structure, and skills roadmap across all technology domains
• Provide advisory to multi-disciplinary teams with a focus on capability building and cross-functional collaboration
• Drive change management, digital adoption, and user experience improvements across all business units

Enterprise Architecture & Systems Integration

• Manage the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure and ensure successful integration with SAP, warehouse, IoT and various supply chain systems
• Oversee enterprise architecture design, ensuring system interoperability, efficiency, and scalability

Data & AI Governance

• Establish data governance, quality, and security standards, ensuring consistent, accurate, and reliable data for decision-making

Requirements:

• 12+ years of IT experience
• Hands-on technical knowledge in networking, system administration, and cybersecurity
• Hands on experience on Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, AWS etc)
• Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, eCommerce, or consumer-facing environments is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Purchase, install, configure, test, track and maintain IT Asset Inventory (eg. computers, networks, and other office/project site equipment)
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, document failures, repairs, and installations
• Coordinate IT aspects of onboarding/offboarding (accounts, equipment, VPN), implement system improvements, and support rollout of new hardware/software with training and user guides.
• Act as the primary contact for in-house application issues, perform root cause analysis, monitor performance, and manage support requests via the ticketing system to ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
• Assist in deploying application fixes, patches, and upgrades, escalating complex problems to developers or vendors when required.
• Develop and execute test cases (functional, integration, UAT) and perform thorough QA to ensure applications meet requirements and are deployment-ready.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT or a related field of study
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar IT or application support role
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with China counterparts and support a diverse user base
• Proven experience with application support, requirements gathering, and software testing methodologies.
