Job Summary

Lead project facilitation from planning to delivery, ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements. Manage resources, risks, and teams to achieve project objectives in time, cost, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project planning and execution by preparing and overseeing all project activities to comply with company policies and statutory regulations
• Manage scheduling and resource allocation, including labor, to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, safety standards, and quality targets
• Plan and implement risk identification and change management strategies to mitigate project disruptions
• Chair Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) committee meetings and coordinate with internal stakeholders to report and communicate project progress effectively

The Junior Interior will be responsible for all conventional aspects of creative and technical design support of both design and design & build of a project. Plans and conducts evaluation selection and substantial adaptation and modification of standard design techniques and procedures on a project. Builds client relationship and supports the Wolf Pack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standard in design documentation, pitch documents
• Carry out work plans for each project, managing creative and technical design support delivery.
• Day to day responsibility as supporting role for developing design concepts, based on the programming requirements and budget parameters and coordinating project documentation.

• Coordinates with outside vendor in material resource and selection for project
