Reporting to the RVP, Strategic Account Rest of Asia, this position is needed to manage relationships with some of our largest current Communications platform customers who consume our messaging, voice and email services. You will be directly responsible for protecting and growing Twilio’s communications business across your assigned customers with a focus on North Asia enterprises. Role we are hiring for

We are looking for 1 candidate to join CSSD Singapore in the following position:

• Executive/ Senior Executive/ Principal Executive (Investment promotion & business development) - minimum 2 years of working experience (internships not counted).

This role will report to the General Manager of CSSD Singapore.

Primary responsibilities of role

• Undertake investment promotion and industry development activities and work with competitive businesses (both Chinese and international ones) to assist them in the decision-making process of investment/ business expansion into China/ within China/ out of China.
• Identifying strategic opportunities and partnerships that are aligned with CSSD’s business interests.
• Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the “CSSD International Business Cooperation Centre” and accomplish relevant team KPIs.
• Actively contribute to ad-hoc projects tasked to CSSD Singapore by higher management.
• Contribute to workflows that relate to the liaison work of the Suzhou Centre (Singapore) and Suzhou Industrial Park Administrative Committee (Singapore representative office) that are parked under the responsibility of CSSD Singapore.

What we expect of the candidate

• Be motivated to independently research, identify and engage prospective businesses to build a strong pipeline for investment promotion opportunities into SIP and CSSD’s township projects.
• Build a sound understanding of regional industry and business trends.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing businesses in the team’s pipeline that are looking to invest into CSSD’s township projects.
• Speak, read, type and communicate effectively in Chinese.
• Be comfortable with the high level of interaction with China-origin business owners, China business ecosystem stakeholders and relevant China government officials.
• Facilitate new and existing clients and their key stakeholders in resolving various issues throughout their decision-making process.
• Build partnerships and expand the CSSD ecosystem to generate meaningful collaborations and positive outcomes.
• Organize and staff incoming and outgoing official delegation visits by government/ corporate visitors.

What we are looking for

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident, with minimum 2 years of working experience (internships not counted).
• Minimum education qualification of bachelor’s degree from reputable Singapore local universities or top 100 ranked universities.
• Fluency in mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential, due to the nature of work which involves a very extremely high amount of communication with stakeholders based in China.
• Comfortable with occasional business travelling and occasional periods of working outside of Singapore (in external offices).
• Demonstrates integrity, strong professional ethics and a high sense of responsibility. Possesses excellent teamwork, communication, and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, resilient, and logical thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
• Preference will be made for candidates that have prior exposure in investment promotion/ economic development/ China or ASEAN market exposure/ Experience studying or working (internships) in China/ Experience working in relevant Singapore Government agencies with an exposure to front line/ external stakeholder facing functions.
• A mature outlook and a sincere interest in current affairs, geopolitical trends and business development in China and ASEAN.
• A sound understanding of how politics, business, trade, and technology trends are interconnected.

Job Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot and repair of hydraulic and electrical system for Aircraft Tow Tractors, GPU (Ground Power Unit), ACU

(Air Conditioning Unit), ASU (Air Starter Unit), etc.

JOB PURPOSE

You will be part of our community outreach team, also known as the Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team (CREST), focusing on raising public awareness of mental health conditions and dementia, early identification of at-risk individuals, providing emotional support to individuals and their caregivers, and linking individuals to relevant health and social care services where necessary. You will be placed within the Community Mental Health Department, under the Mental Health & Counselling Services Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Case Management

• Provide case management services across assessment, systems work, case conferences, and closure, and maintain proper and up-to-date case documentation
• Attend to enquiries and provide information and referral services
• Conduct basic emotional support for clients in need

Clinical Group Work

• Plan and facilitate group interventions, including case conferences with significant others and relevant partners

Outreach & Programme Planning
