The Opportunity

This is a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner role supporting senior leaders across a dynamic regional platform. The successful candidate will help shape people strategy, strengthen organisational capability, and support the business through growth, change, and workforce evolution.

Key Responsibilities

Partner senior leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, organisation design, and change management

Translate business priorities into practical HR initiatives that support performance, engagement, and retention

Drive talent review, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management processes

Advise on employee relations matters, workplace issues, and policy interpretation with sound judgment and discretion

Support transformation, culture-building, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness initiatives

Partner closely with HR teams across the employee lifecycle and contribute to regional HR projects

Use people data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement

Requirements

Degree qualified with strong HR Business Partnering experience in regional or global organisations

Around 10-15 years of HR experience, with meaningful exposure supporting senior stakeholders in complex environments

Strong track record in organisation design, talent management, change management, and strategic workforce planning

Commercially minded, hands-on, and comfortable operating in fast-evolving businesses

Strong stakeholder management skills, with credibility at senior leadership level

Sound knowledge of employment practices and employee relations in Singapore, with broader APAC exposure preferred

Prior experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, industrial, or other scaling regional businesses will be advantageous

Job Summary

Support the HR function by managing payroll, workpassapplications, employee records, and recruitment processes to ensurecomplianceand smooth operations within a dynamic construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll for over 120++ staff and workers to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements
• Administer application, renewal, and termination of work passes to maintain workforce compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate and submit training applications to support employee development initiatives
• Maintain, update, and organize personal files and employee records to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Arrange and coordinate interviews to facilitate effective recruitment and talent acquisition
• Respond to and resolve employee and worker issues to maintain a positive workplace environment
• Conduct MOM surveys and audits to ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower regulations
• Manage company PMET (Professionals, Managers, Executives, and Technicians) quota and related documentation
• Prepare and submit MYE/PA applications and updates to support workforce planning
• Oversee labour management activities to optimize workforce deployment and productivity
• Coordinate recruitment activities to attract and onboard qualified candidates
• Administer childcare leave, NS claims, and training funding claims to support employee benefits and entitlements
• Prepare and submit IR8A and IR21 tax forms to comply with statutory reporting requirements
• Maintain records of annual and medical leave to track employee attendance and entitlement
• Prepare Letters of Appointment (LOA) to formalize employment agreements
• Act as Data Protection Officer (DPO) Coordinator to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
• Assist in Temporary Occupation Licence Quota (TOLQ) matters to support project requirements

Job Description:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local banks and payment institutions in South Korea, with a solid understanding of the country’s financial landscape and payment systems.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the operations and applications of local payment methods, including bank transfers and e-wallets, particularly in high-risk industries.
• Communicate and liaise effectively with local banks and payment partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Negotiate with payment service providers (PSPs) to secure competitive service fees and exchange rates.
• Maintain the stability, reliability, and diversity of payment gateway channels.
• Propose and implement incentive programs or promotional schemes to enhance performance.
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks or assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Banking/ Finance or any related field.
• Working experience in local banks and payment institutions in South Korea
• Experience in handling inbound/outbound payments including fiat and crypto
• Sound knowledge of payment practices in market
• Interests in cryptocurrency products
