Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage trusted relationships with assigned clients, serve as the primary contact to ensure a seamless, positive experience.

Responsibilities

1) Leadership to the M&E Team, both in Head Office and on Site, in compliance with Company Policies, for the professional and dutiful execution of their respective roles.

a. Corporate Targets

i. Plan and deliver in association with other departments the yearly and mid term award, sales and profit targets set by Corporate Head Quarters.

b. Human Resources

i. Develop career trajectories and competency training of all M&E staff.

ii. Set KPIs and monitor performance of all M&E staff.

c. Design and Tender

i. Ensuring the optimal design, including specifications and drawings, to develop a common basis for the

quotation of each service in each tender.

ii. Develop and maintain a good pool of subcontractors to support the Company in Tender and Works.

iii. Obtain and assess critically competitive quotations incompliance with Company governance.

iv. Develop Value Engineering during tender and through works execution to improve on profit margins of the

project.

d. Works

i. Develop and monitor execution and cost control plans for projects.

ii. Ensure M&E works quality and timeliness within working budget.

iii. Develop and maintain a Corporate QA/QC plan for in-process and post completion maintenance works so

as to improve on current and future project quality.

e. Others

i. Subcontractors and Suppliers resources pool – develop and maintain excellent relationships to ensure that

the Company has adequate support from these stakeholders.

Job Scope:

• Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to clients and subcontractors, ensuring that updated drawings are issued.
• Prepare method of statement and work procedures.
• Ensure work is executed according to the method statements.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to update project progress.
• Coordinate construction activities to comply with QOSHE (Quality, Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment) requirements.
• Conduct project risk impact assessments.
• Review construction drawings for accuracy.
• Manage the procurement of resources, and monitor and control material usage on-site to prevent unnecessary wastage or incorrect use.
• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating with consultants on change orders.
