Position Overview

SIMONS TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is in the process of launching a Singapore Variable Capital Company (VCC) fund managed by a Singapore-licensed fund management company. The fund assets will be held by an independent licensed custodian and will primarily invest in digital asset-related exchange-traded funds (ETFs), digital asset ecosystem ETFs, and U.S.-listed equities.

The Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager will be responsible for investor relationship management, capital raising initiatives, and business development activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the investment team to support the growth of the fund's assets under management.

Key Requirements

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager (Commercial and Environmental) is responsible for providing the overall direction of the organisation within the guidelines set up by the board of directors or a similar governing body. What You'll Be Doing
