What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination for New Build / A&A / R&R projects
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, construction processes, and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, updating, and submission of comprehensive project schedules and progress reports.

• Support the Project Manager and/or Senior Planning Engineer in the integration and coordination of sub-contractor schedules.

• Assist in planning reviews with EPC/Subcontractors; align their schedules to the master plan.

• Attend project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on planning and scheduling action items.

• Learn and adhere to company and project-specific scheduling procedures, standards, and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with contract/client planning requirements and coding standards.

• Maintain data quality: calendars, codes (WBS/OBS/CBS), versions, audit trail.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project (Or Primavera P6) at a intermediate level.

• Solid understanding of the Critical Path Method (CPM) and fundamental scheduling principles.

• Capable of assisting in the preparation and regular updating of project schedules, progress reports, and resource allocation charts under supervision

• Experience in the preparation of claim letters and Extension of Time (EOT) delay analysis is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Set up patients on therapy equipment.

• Assist therapists during therapy sessions and exercises.

• Help in preparing rehabilitation aids and materials.

• Manage and update patient records.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the therapy area.

• Arrange and assist with patient transport when needed.

• Handle phone calls and enquiries professionally.

• Monitor and replenish equipment, supplies, and forms.

• Perform general administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, data entry).

• Ensure proper care and maintenance of therapy equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification with Therapy Support Cert.

• A strong team player who can work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Able to follow instructions and carry out assigned tasks responsibly.

• Able to assist patients and handle therapy equipment when required.

• Prior experience in a healthcare or therapy support setting will be an added advantage.

Job responsibilities:

• Understand and interpret project specifications, philosophies, and drawings
• Perform the tasks in a project, as assigned by the lead or senior engineer.
• Carry out structural analysis and calculations using standard technical software packages like Staad.Pro and SACS as directed by the Lead or Senior Engineers.
• Perform Local design calculations (like design of deck plate, secondary beams / stringers, design of joint nodes and equipment support structures, etc.) using spreadsheets in Mathcad or Excel
• Prepare of Structural Design Input (SDI) for 3D Modelling
• Develop/update of tools such as spreadsheets for performing routine Structural Engineering calculations
• Review of the 3D model and Checking of Structural Drawings
• Develop / Update Structural Calculation Reports
• Collaborate closely with other Engineering disciplines to provide and receive inputs, for further engineering activities.
• Work closely with team members across disciplines within the organization to have a better understanding of processes and systems in the Company.
• Perform interdisciplinary checks on documents and drawings.
• Attend project meetings and actively participate in technical discussions
• Produce work packages for installation.
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the specified QHSE requirements.
• Maintain a positive and safe working environment at work location.
