Job Summary

Manage accounts payable operations by processing vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations accurately. Support billing, GST submissions, and staff claims to ensure smooth financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations accurately and promptly using the accounting system
• Liaise with vendors to resolve payment issues and maintain positive vendor relationships
• Manage vendor invoices related to Sales Designer projects to ensure timely processing
• Prepare quarterly GST submissions in compliance with Singapore regulations
• Handle internal company billing to support financial operations
• Verify and process local staff claims to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare manual cheque and GIRO payments for vendors
• Perform ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned by the Manager

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office to support daily accounting and administrative tasks
• Knowledge of Singapore GST to prepare accurate tax submissions
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounts payable or related field
• Possess at least Nitec or Diploma qualification

Offered Salary

• Up to S$6,200 per month

Job Description

Strategic HR Business Partnership

·        Partner with agency Senior Management Teams as their trusted strategic HR advisor, translating business strategies into comprehensive people strategies that drive organisational performance and employee engagement

·        Co-design and implement HR strategies effectively, together with the business and specialist centres, to better attract, retain, develop, engage and motivate employees. This includes operationalising WOG HR policies and initiatives effectively at the agency and cluster level, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives

Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning

·        Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for your agency clusters, from workforce planning and talent sourcing to candidate assessment and onboarding, ensuring agencies attract and secure top talent aligned to their strategic needs

·        Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives that position agencies as employers of choice in competitive talent markets

HR Service Delivery and Integration

·        Orchestrate the seamless delivery of integrated HR services across recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations, providing expert guidance on complex people matters to both senior leaders and officers while ensuring fair and consistent policy application

·        Collaborate closely with HR specialist centers and Whole-of-Government partners to drive process improvements, technology integration, and best practice sharing across the ecosystem

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve assigned revenue targets
• Conduct site visits / coordination for installation of products, assess client requirements, and recommend configurations to client
• Manage the end-to-end tender process, including attending briefings, scoping technical requirements 
• Monitor competitor activities, product trends, and regulations to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and present sales report to management on regular basis

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales of HVAC or Air-con or industrial equipment 
• Must have prior work experience in HVAC or Air-con companies
• Willing to learn technical details of products
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to network and build strong rapport with clients and stakeholders
• A strong existing network of consultants, contractors, and building owners is highly preferred
• Must be able to speak mandarin due to chinese speaking customers
