JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Part-Time Speech Therapist to provide assessment, intervention, and support for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties. The successful candidate will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that support students' communication and learning needs.

WORKING HOURS

• Minimum 10 hours per week, maximum 20 hours per week

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assess, develop, plan and implement speech therapy interventions to students with speech, language, communication difficulties in accordance with programme approach, framework and SOPs.
• Be part of the collaborative team to work with students on a one- to-one basis, group or special setting based on programme requirements.
• Provide speech therapy consultation, support and update on the
• students’ progress and status to caregivers.
• Refer students to respective school team for consultation and further treatment or training as and when necessary.
• Share speech therapy-related knowledge and best practices when required.

JOBREQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology / Speech and Language Therapy or a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. For Singapore-based practice, degrees must be recognized by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
• Registration/Licensure: Mandatory full registration or eligibility to practice with the AHPC.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive formal and informal clinical assessments.
• Skill in designing, executing, and modifying individualized therapy plans
• Documenting   student progress, updating case notes independently and conducting case history taking.
• Genera Practice: Entry-level roles, minimum of 1 year of clinical experience

Mechanical Site Engineer

• Office: Woodlands
• Working location: Attap Valley
• Working days & hours: 5.5 days

Requirements:

    •    Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.

    •    1–3 years of relevant experience in M&E / HVAC project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Coordination & Communication
    •    Liaise with Main Contractor, consultants, and other subcontractors to resolve site issues and ensure work sequences are aligned.
    •    Attend coordination meetings and prepare minutes of meetings when required.
    •    Follow up on outstanding site matters and ensure timely completion of works.
    •    Technical & Documentation
    •    Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure technical compliance and highlight discrepancies.
    •    Prepare and submit technical queries (TQs), method statements, and material submissions.
    •    Mark up drawings for As-Built Drawing updates and coordinate with draftsperson for revisions.
    •    Support preparation of shop drawings, coordination drawings, and update red-line drawings during installation.
    •    Progress & Reporting
    •    Prepare weekly progress reports, covering work done in the previous week, current progress, and forecast for the next week.
    •    Monitor work schedules and coordinate with the site team to ensure targets are met.
    •    Assist in preparing work programs, manpower schedules, and progress tracking charts.
    •    Quality & Safety
    •    Conduct inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and QA/QC procedures.
    •    Participate in Safety Assessments and ensure safe work practices at site.
    •    Report and follow up on any non-conformances or safety observations.
    •    Project Support
    •    Assist the Project Manager in tracking materials, deliveries, and installation sequences.
    •    Coordinate testing and commissioning activities and documentation.
