About The Role

As an Administrative Assistant/ Officer at Knight Frank, you’ll be the key person in supporting both owners/ tenants and team. Reporting to the Site Head, you will facilitate the onboarding of new owners/ tenants, coordinate service requests and maintain an organized filing system. Job Description  :  

1.Oversee the safe and efficient operation of all machinery onboard the bunker tanker

2. Maintain main engine, auxiliary machinery, pumps and cargo handling systems.

3. Plan and execute preventive maintenance and repairs

4 Ensure readiness of bunker transfer equipment and support safe cargo operations. 

5. Maintain proper documentation and records (logbooks, PMS, defect reporting)

6. Support audits, inspections and port/flag state control requirements

Valid Certificate of Competency (COC) for the role issued by recognized maritime authority
