Purpose of Job

The Product Management Engineer is responsible for managing new product introduction (NPI)and product lifecycle activities from concept through prototyping, qualification, and mass production. The role acts as the technical and project coordination bridge between customers, R&D, and manufacturing teams across Singapore, Mainland China, Malaysia, and Taiwan. Job Duties

1. Project Management & NPI Execution

Scope of Services

The required services include the following:

• Assist the Discipline team in the day-to-day management of student discipline

• Support the Discipline team in conducting house visits alongside school personnel and making follow-up calls to parents

• Patrol school premises daily to ensure orderliness

• Participate in case management for students identified as at-risk

• Oversee and contribute toinvestigation and resolution of complex application issues.
• Conduct root cause analysisand implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with other ITteams and vendors as necessary to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with vendors andadvanced support / escalation when required to ensure the SLA (Service LevelAgreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is within target.

Change and Release Management:

• Validate and provideassessment details any change and release request, ensure changes are properlydocumented and coordinate on the approval based on priority.
• Coordinate and overseeapproved service / change request till its completion.
• Manage the coordination fordeployment of application updates, patches and periodic maintenance activity.
• Coordinate the communicationwith stakeholders on the downtime / maintenance request.
• Perform applicationvalidation after schedule activities or release as per required.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain detaileddocumentation of application support operation manual, processes, andprocedures.
• Ensure accurate andup-to-date records of all incidents and resolutions.
• ·Maintain and update scheduleof periodic activity and initiate or coordinate to initiate the periodicactivity (i.e.: user access review request, server patching, cert renewal, DR rehearsal, account expiry renewal, etc.)

Responsibilities

* Lead detailed business analysis to understand, define, and document requirements for complex customer journeys anddigital capabilities across investment and advisory products (e.g., Funds, Bonds, FX, Structured Products, Equities, Digital Assets, Portfolio Management, Rebalancing, Risk).

* Facilitate workshops and engage with various stakeholders, including product managers, business users, legal, compliance, and technology teams, to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements.

* Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows, ensuring clarity and completeness for engineering squads.

* Drive the agile delivery lifecycle, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups,and retrospectives, ensuring continuous alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.

* Analyse and document current state processes and target state processes, identifying gaps and opportunities foroptimization and digital transformation.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Business Analyst at a senior level or equivalent, preferably within the banking or financial services industry, with a strong focus on wealth management or investment products. (Project management experience)

* Deep understanding of business domains related to investment products (e.g., Funds, Bonds, FX, Structured Products, Equities, Digital Assets) or advisory domains (e.g., Portfolio Management, Construction, Rebalancing, Risk).

* Demonstrable experience in the agile delivery of complex customer journeys and digital products from conceptualization to launch.

* Solid experience in analyzing and documenting requirements for system integrations and complex IT landscapes.

* Proficiency in various business analysis techniques and tools, including process mapping, data modelling, use casedevelopment, user story writing, and requirements management.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.

* Excellent communication (verbal andwritten), presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Role Summary
The Factory Order Management Operation Planner is responsible for bridging the gap between customer demand and manufacturing execution. You will manage the end-to-end order lifecycle by coordinating with contract manufacturers (CMs)and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Order & Production Management: Manage and track the end-to-end order lifecycle, from initial placement to shipment fulfillment. Collaborate with the Factory Order Management team and contract manufacturers to align on Schedule Ship date and production schedules with demand forecasts.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Sales Admin, and the factory to resolve order-related inquiries, change requests, and delivery commitments.
• CM Collaboration: Work directly with Contract Manufacturers to monitor production progress, manage plant load, and address bottlenecks.
• Material & Logistics Planning: Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure material availability and resolve shortages. Execute material prioritization strategies based on customer urgency and supply constraints.
• Process Optimization: Develop and maintain advanced Excel tools and VBA macros to automate data reporting, track KPIs, and streamline planning workflows. 

• Continuous Process Improvement:

o   Constantly identify, suggest, and implement process enhancements to improve planning efficiency and delivery accuracy.

o   Analyse current manufacturing and order workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce cycle times.

o   Drive the implementation of advanced planning tools or ERP/MRP logic enhancements to automate demand-supply balancing.

Requirements &Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Expertise:

• Advanced Excel: Must be highly proficient in complex formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables).
• VBA/Macros: Ability to write and troubleshoot VBA code to automate repetitive tasks and manage massive datasets.
• ERP Knowledge: Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) is highly preferred.

• Industry Experience: Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and the dynamics of working with Contract Manufacturers.
