• Schedule and conduct daily communications meeting with all Housekeeping Team to enable a free two-way expression of ideas, concerns or other issues that may relate to any matter in the Hotel.

Job Description

• Support the development and implementation of operational and strategic initiatives for the Care Studio and Rehabilitation Department.

• Assist in the development and enhancement of Care Studio programmes and services.

• Monitor departmental KPIs and manage budget and resource utilization.

• Oversee manpower planning and operations of the Care Studio and Rehabilitation teams.
