1. Legal Counsel /Construction Law Experience /Up to $6,500

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other documents; and render legal advice.

• Provide legal advice and support to the group of companies on a broad range of commercial issues.

• Setting up of subsidiaries, associates, branches & project offices including closing or liquidation.

• Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants as well as oversee the progress of their work.

• Coordinate with and advise business units and departments on legal matters.

• Degree in Law with 4 years relevant experience in construction industry.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, contract reviewing and travel when required.
