9.     Create and maintain customer master data and charge code requests in AS400 & SAP as submitted by the Operations team, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

10.  Undertake ad hoc tasks and assignments as delegated by the Supervisor or Head of Department (HOD).

Requirements

Degree in Accountancy / Business Finance

Three (3) years ofhands-on experience in accounting on Account Receivable and keeping full set ofaccounts

Experience in both sharedservice and freight forwarding & logistics

Proficiency in MS Excel,MS Word and SAP accounting system

Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills

Independent, meticulousand good team player

Able to multi-task, workunder pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines

HR responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment — posting, screening, scheduling interviews
• Prepare employment contracts, letters, and onboarding documentation
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions accurately
• Administer leave, medical, and claims management

Finance responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Process and verify invoices, expense claims, and payment vouchers
• Prepare monthly journal entries and assist with reconciliations
• Manage filing of financial documents in accordance with policies

Requirements

• Diploma in HRM, Accountancy, Business Admin or equivalent
• fresh graduates of relevant HR and/or finance experiences
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
• Familiar with CPF, IRAS, and MOM e-portal submissions
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRMS or accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, Info-Tech) preferred
• Meticulous, organised, and able to handle confidential information
• Strong communication skills in English. Bilingual is a plus
