Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Sales Executive / Manager to join their commercial team. They are located in the (Central West) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by acquiring new corporate accounts within freight forwarding and logistics sectors

• Manage and expand existing customer portfolios to increase revenue opportunities

• Prepare and manage pricing proposals, RFQs, and tender submissions for prospective clients

• Conduct market outreach activities to identify potential business opportunities across B2B and e-commerce segments

• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements

• Monitor customer accounts, pricing structures, and shipment requirements to support commercial objectives

• Maintain accurate sales activity records, pipeline updates, and account information within internal systems

• Review freight rates and commercial terms to support profitability targets

• Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, and project discussions with customers

• Prepare periodic sales updates and business development reports for management review

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related disciplines

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience within freight forwarding / 3PL

• Experience handling business development, account expansion, or customer acquisition activities

• Familiarity with quotation preparation, tender submissions, and freight pricing structures

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise utilisation for the vessels within Region XXX across all allocation scopes (trades), all Geo Froms for full and empty containers
• Responsible for Allocation and Capacity Management on designated Ship Systems / Trades
• Creation of Voyage Allocations and Customer Allocations as per alignment with TM Pricing & Steering
• Define allocation management steering measures to control the booking uptake in line with the trade strategy (e.g. managing contribution baselines for cargo acceptance)

• Liaise with QSCs and GCC for Customer Service related topics (e.g. vessel balancing) as well as Cargo Operations topics (e.g. terminal build up, load lists)

Job Requirements

• Responsible for product definition, design, test, and characterization of new isolation products.

Broadcom is seeking an experienced package design engineer for complex flip-chip-BGA packages for industry-leading ASICs with high-speed SerDes and RF/microwave communications A/D-D/A converters (ADC & DAC).  You will be part of a worldwide R&D team developing high-performance package designs for ASICs used in artificial intelligence (AI), networking, high-performance computing (HPC), and 5G base stations.  These designs include SerDes at 112G and higher, RF/Microwave ADC/DAC, DDR and more.  You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with the team to create the package structures needed to enable new design.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall design responsibility for ASIC package designs (layout/routing), including aspects of impedance matching, crosstalk, signal integrity, power integrity, manufacturability, reliability, and thermal, in partnership with our experienced team of package engineering experts.

• Package Design of critical high frequency/datarate structures for SerDes, ADC/DAC, DDR, etc.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of package-level signal integrity and power integrity, to apply to package designs

• Cadence APD (allegro package designer) experience is preferred. Equivalent tool is OK.

• Cooperate with our world-wide team (multiple time zones), including co-design with internal team members and external (Vendor) designers. 

• Good organizational and task management skills to manage multiple package design projects.
