Role Overview

We are a growing SME in the automotive financing sector, currently building new digital systems to improve our financing operations, dealer management, customer onboarding and internal workflows. As part of this, we are strengthening how we track our data and produce management reporting.

1.Primary Focus: Singapore Portfolio (Wilby Residences)

• SEO & Local Search: Drive the on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategy to ensure Wilby Residences ranks top for hospitality and extended-stay keywords in Singapore. Optimize and manage our Google Business Profile to capture local and tourist traffic.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Plan, produce, and execute a visually compelling social media calendar (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) that showcases the lifestyle, amenities, and guest experiences at our properties.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Optimize website landing pages, user journeys, and direct booking channels to convert organic traffic into corporate inquiries and leisure bookings.
• Review & Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews (TripAdvisor, Google, OTAs) to maintain a stellar brand reputation.

2. Ad-hoc Regional Support (Foreign Entities)

• Assist with occasional B2B digital marketing projects, such as reviewing website content, optimizing international search terms, or coordinating digital collateral for our leasing properties in other countries.

3. Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report monthly performance metrics (Google Analytics, search rankings, social media engagement, and inquiry conversions) to management.

JobRequirements

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or marketing agencies is highly preferred).
