About the Role

As part of the global HR function, you play a HR generalist function (with HR business partnering responsibilities) across the region/globe. You will work closely with the business teams and line managers of assigned business units, to deliver high-quality HR support and guidance to all staff in these business units and the rest of the Asia office.

Qualifications/Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field preferred with a min of 12+ years of HR generalist experience with good HR business partnering exposure gained in a medium sized MNC environment with matrix structure. An Accredited HR qualification will be a plus.
• Familiarity with development finance/infrastructure development and financial service sector is advantageous but this is not a must. HR exp gained in a management consulting or professional service sector will also be useful.
• An understanding of the employment laws in Singapore, knowledge across South Asia/ Southeast Asia is advantageous.
