Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction activities for residential housing projects
• Manage project timelines, costs, and quality to ensure successful delivery
• Supervise site operations and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams on project progress
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
• Monitor project performance and prepare regular progress reports
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and delays in a timely manner
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all project activities
• Lead and guide site teams to achieve project objectives

Building Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:

Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.

Monitoring construction Electrical & Electronic Installation and good knowledge in ELV system and installation and providing training and team building sessions are required.

Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.

Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.

Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.

Working closely with architects and other professionals.

Staying up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction.

Building Construction Supervisor Requirements:

Required computer knowledge

Due to their current expansion plans, they are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee contractual, cost, and commercial management across multiple construction projects. They are located in the North – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying (QS) team, overseeing project cost control and commercial performance.

• Establish and implement contract, cost management, and QS operational systems and processes.

• Review and monitor project costing, including inter-project and inter-company cost allocations.

• Handle contractual matters with clients and subcontractors, including negotiations, claims, and settlements.

• Resolve project cost and contractual issues raised by the QS and project teams.

• Oversee project profit and loss performance and ensure contractual compliance across projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction contract management or quantity surveying.

• Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and administering construction contracts.

• Strong knowledge of construction law, contract administration, and risk management.
