Summary of Responsibilities

Role Summary

The Contracts Manager heads the commercial, bidding, and contract administration team for construction and engineering projects. This role covers everything from early-stage project bidding and risk analysis to post-project cost management, claims, and final settlements. Key Responsibilities

1. Before the Project Starts (Bidding & Tenders)

• Lead Bidding Team: Oversee the team to prepare and submit complete, competitive technical and price proposals.
