• Urgent Repairs: Perform immediate "first-aid" repairs on furniture, lighting fixtures, or minor plumbing leaks during peak dining hours to prevent service disruptions.

• Event Logistics: Lead the setup and teardown of specialized equipment for large-scale events, banquet weddings, or live band performances.

• Work Pass & Admin Support: Assist the HR department with technical site inspections or documentation related to workplace safety and manpower audits.

• After-Hours Coordination: Act as the emergency contact for security alarms or facility-related issues occurring outside of standard operating hours.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in facility management or operations within the F&B or hospitality industry.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, and general kitchen machinery.

• Language: Professional proficiency in Mandarin. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is highly beneficial to coordinate with kitchen staff and specialized equipment vendors.

• Attitude: A "hands-on" troubleshooter who remains calm under pressure during a busy dinner service.

Education:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

• You must be the experienced developer and or fix on fail/before fail, with good experience in system interfacing.
• You will be working both in a team and independently troubleshooting and continuous improvement of the application environment
• Work closely with the Production Support and Application Development teams in understanding addressing reported issues.
• Your duties include troubleshooting, coding / scripting issues reported or proactively remediate before the issues impact production and work with uses in performing UAT.
• Work will also involve supporting planned production deployment over the weekend or weekdays, in case of urgent cases
• You will be expected to work with the senior developers and system architect in formulating technical solutions that is fit for purpose for your assigned projects. The solution will need to satisfy all security, regulatory and architectural standards.
• Developing and deploying using Informatica is a must

1. Oversee the works on equipment structures, installations, deployments, facilities, and

equipment being deployed at sites.

2. Plan and work out the resource provision requirements, work, schedule, and Standard

Operating Procedures (SOP) for works at sites.

3. Review planned work schedule and method statements prior to commencement of site

work activities.

4. Ensure that works are carried out accordingly to design, meeting the safety, health,

environmental and comfort requirement for stakeholders.

5. Identify defects and damages at the site infrastructures, including equipment and facilities,

as well as theft, accidents, and incidents.

6. Carry out safety training to instil safety awareness. Ensure safety rules and regulations at

sites are adhered to by all site personnel.

7. Be part of Safety Committee and ensure compliance to safety, health and environmental

requirements including Authority Code of Practices (COP) and WSH, MOH & MOM

Guidelines.

8. Resolve any unexpected problems or difficulties that may arise at sites.

10. Prepare regular reports to update site progress, resource utilisation, requirement.
