Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Social Media

• Own and manage the content calendar across social media e.g. LinkedIn and TikTok

•  Translate campaign briefs into integrated content and PR plans

Job Overview: The Shop Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop and ensuring efficient and effective sales performance. This role involves managing a team of sales associates, setting sales targets, and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals. The Shop Sales Manager is also responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Performance Management:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
   Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of the shop.
   Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
   Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to enhance their selling skills.
   
2. Team Management:Recruit, train, and onboard new sales associates.
   Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to the team.
   Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans where needed.
   Foster a positive and motivating work environment to boost team morale and productivity.
   
3. Customer Service:Ensure excellent customer service is provided to enhance customer satisfaction.
   Handle escalated customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
   Implement customer service standards and best practices for the team.
   
4. Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
   Optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
   Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory discrepancies.
   
5. Visual Merchandising:Oversee the shop's visual presentation and ensure it meets brand standards.
   Implement attractive and engaging displays to drive sales and customer interest.
   
6. Sales Reporting:Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales analytics.
   Provide insights and recommendations for business improvement based on the sales data.
   
7. Marketing and Promotions:Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute sales promotions and events.
   Utilize social media and other marketing channels to drive traffic and increase sales.
   
8. Compliance and Policies:Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
   Maintain a safe and clean shop environment, following health and safety guidelines.
